Co-founder & Product manager
Do you want the opportunity to be involved in a tech startup from its inception? Do you have an interest in employee screening, insider threat and how organisations and industry protect themselves and remain secure?
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join as a co-founder at Initia, an early-stage start-up looking at transforming the vetting process. We are currently working with UKSV and UKIC to deliver the transformation.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter who is excited to join a tech startup and can see the opportunity this brings.
Ideally, you’ll be a talented generalist who combines a variety of skills including:

Client relationship management - Understand client needs and clearly document their requirements.

Manage the product vision - Run clients through the prototype to validate UX/UI.

Product roadmap - Work with internal and external stakeholders to prioritise product features.

Agile methodology - Working in a small fast-paced team.

Be a Founder! - Care for your company and co-founders.

​Role requirements:

A degree or relevant experience in: graphic design, UX/UI design or related fields.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Problem-solving attitude.

A passion to learn in a fast pace environment. Even though your role will be primarily project-focused, as a founder, you will be wearing multiple hats and learning new skills as you go.
