We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join as a co-founder at Initia, an early-stage start-up looking at transforming the vetting process. We are currently working with UKSV and UKIC to deliver the transformation.

 

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter who is excited to join a tech startup and can see the opportunity this brings.

 

Ideally, you’ll be a talented generalist who combines a variety of skills including:

• Front-end and back-end web development

• A Self-starter! – someone who can learn new technologies as new problems arise

• Agile methodology - working in a small fast-paced team

• Be a Founder! - Care for your company and co-founders

About us:

Initia is a new start-up working in the personnel security screening industry. We are working closely with the UK government and private companies with the aim of transforming the current outdated vetting process, helping companies save on average £1.75m each year.

 

At the moment, Initia is part of the Alacrity Foundation entrepreneurship programme. Joining Initia and the programme will allow you to learn new skills from first-class mentors at an accelerated pace while working to build your own company.
